  • Do you hold the correct accreditations and insurance to undertake this work?

    Our team of experienced electrical engineers are consistently kept up to date with any regulations amendments and requirements for their own personal development we well as the business requirements . The business holds all the necessary insurances required to run our successful and growing business.

  • How will you ensuire my electrical installation is compliant?

    To ensure regulations are always upheld we have a dedicated QS.

  • Is an electrical inspection required for this work and is this included in your quote?

    The quote issued will outline all required elements of the job.

  • If we have any issues with my electrical installation what is the process of corrective action?

    We do not offer an out of hours service however we always look to try and make sure that our client is satisfied and any issues are resolved as quickly as possible.

  • Why do I need electrical compliance in my business?

    First and foremost electrical compliance is required so that your property and you remain safe. There are llegal requirements that state electrical compliance is required along with relevant insurances. Failure to comply may invalidate your insurance.

  • Are you safe when working in high risk areas?

    Our electrical engineers are trained to be safe at all times. Further PPE and Health & Safety requirements are put in place where required. We regularly undergo calibration and safety tests to keep our workforce safe and protected and our annual NICEIC inspection also focuses on this element of our work.

  • Will I receive an electrical installation condition report and when will I receive it?

    We are able to send this certificate on to you in a timely manner.

  • What happens if the electrical installation condition report fails?

    Our engineers will always leave properties or premises in a safe electrical state following electrical inspections that result in a unsatisfactory status.

  • How can you carry out testing works around my business operation?

    We are able to offer flexible out of hours working outside of normal business operation hours / Days.
