  • Are you licensed & insured?

    We have an experienced and well vetted team of electricians alongside a dedicated QS. We undertake an annual industry recognised assessment to be awarded an industry recognised approved contractor status. The company is also fully insured for any work carried out.

  • How will you ensure the installation meets safety regulations?

    We believe in providing our electricians with standards and regulatory training continually. We also have a dedicated QS who guides the company to be fully compliant and regulatory upto date.

  • Will you provide certification for the works carried out?

    Yes and we aim to provide certification as promptly as possible.

  • Can you supply a detailed quote?

    Quotes will hold as much detail as can be afforded. We are an open and transparent company and will understand and work with the client and their needs.

  • Are you able to offer and warranties/guarantees on work?

    We will always guarantee our work is to a high standard if for any reason something is not right we will have an open discussion with the client to find a solution to the situation.

  • Are you able to maintain the installation in the future?

    We are able to provide multiple timeframe options for maintenance of our installations.

  • Can you recommend any energy efficient solutions?

    We will always strive to offer options to our clients in regards to energy efficiency, this will form part of the recommendations provided by us.

  • How long will the installation take?

    This will depend on the install. We are open and transparent with clients to advise of the realistic timelines involved on any project.

  • How will you communicate the project and timelines with me?

    We work with our clients to understand the best way to communicate throughout the project. From our experience we find that it is best to provide all options of communications to our clients to meet their specific needs.
