The requirement
Brought in part way through a multi level office block to apartment conversion meant that we were responsible for a different working model compared to our regular projects.
Summary of requirement
Working under these unusual circumstances we had to adapt and approach the requirements differently to ensure alterations to already completed works and any new installations fulfilled the requirements of the development.

Also by using our scalable people model has allowed us to resource the project through the various phases. Enabling work to continue and bring some pace to an already time pressured project.
The project is due to complete Spring 2026.
